Shipping Policy

We would love to be able to offer free delivery across the board, but unfortunately as a small business this isn't feasible for us as of yet. 


What we currently offer:


  • FREE UK Standard Delivery on orders over £50


  • UK Standard Royal Mail 


  • UK Royal Mail Signed For ​​

For UK delivery we use a flat-rate Standard Delivery shipping cost of £3.10. This includes the packaging costs of our products and also keeps the shipping costs lower for our customers ordering larger quantities. 

For UK we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 situation we cannot guarantee deliveries will always arrive within these timeframes. 

Any orders received after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday morning. This also applies if you have paid for the Sign For service. 

We are currently unable to ship outside of the United kingdom.


Return & Refund Policy

All items must be returned to us with tags still attached, in the original condition you received them within 28 days of your purchase date. Once we have received your returned item we will refund any monies (minus postage costs) within 5-10 working days.

As a small business we are not currently able to offer free returns, therefore the cost of returning an item sits with the customer. 

All of our tees are thoroughly checked, right down to the stitching, before being hand packed by us here at Grey Icon HQ; therefore if an item is returned to us damaged, it is within our rights to refuse a refund if we are unhappy with the reasoning.

If for any reason your parcel arrives damaged we ask that you take photo evidence of this immediately and drop us an e-mail at , that way we can submit a Damaged Claim Form directly to Royal Mail. 


If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please fill in the returns form stating "exchange" and the new size required in the reasons for return column, then simply drop us an email at to obtain our returns address!

The postage on returning an item for exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of postage on a newly dispatched exchange item will be covered by us.
