How do I return an item?

Simply fill in your returns form and repackage your item securely before popping it back in the post to us! All items must be returned in the original condition they were recieved, with tags still attached and within 28 of the purchase date. If our team are satisfied with the returned product you will be refunded the cost of your item within 5-10 working days.

Is it free to return an item?

Unfortunately no! As a small business we are unable to offer free returns at this moment in time. Items can be returned via Royal Mail Standard Delivery, or for the customer peace of mind, some prefer to use track & trace/sign for options.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

If for any reason your parcel has not arrived and becomes lost in the bermuda triangle of the Royal Mail, please drop us an email at so we can put in a Lost Mail Claim Form to trace just where your parcel has gotten to! Please be aware that this can take 4-6 weeks once we put in a request to Royal Mail. In the meantime, you are welcome to re-purchase your item, which we will then send via the Signed For Royal Mail service, at no extra cost to you. Once we have located or claimed for your lost package we will refund the original item cost to you.

How is my shipping calculated?

For UK delivery we use a flat-rate shipping cost of £3.10. This covers the packaging costs of our products and also keeps the shipping costs lower for our customers ordering larger quantities. Internationally there is no flat-rate charge and all parcels are calculated by weight.
